This webinar will introduce the fundamental concepts and background on rotor dynamics and present case studies on two rotordynamic analyses. One analysis was performed on a new machine that was designed but not yet installed to identify problematic speeds prior to the initial machine startup. The second analysis was performed on an operating machine train to identify the source of the repeated coupling failures.
