Overview:

Ms. Calleton is the Senior Client Strategy & Solutions Advisor at E2G.  As the Senior Client Strategy & Solutions Advisor, Juliet is responsible for overseeing client relationships, cross-functional collaboration with business unit teams, and other internal departments to develop and execute sales support and processes.

As the Lead of the new Client Success Team launched in 2023, Ms. Calleton manages business development efforts for E2G’s Software Team with a focus on client retention and optimizing the client journey.  She promotes continued client engagement throughout the entire course of the business relationship.  Ms. Calleton collaborates with the Software Team Lead to identify leads and pursue targets. She also assists with coordinating and planning software user events for E2G, such as the Community of Users event.

Prior to E2G, Ms. Calleton served as the Director of Business Development for the clinical research organization Arianne, where she was responsible for developing leads, managing the sales process, providing the sales forecast, developing proposals, visiting pharmaceutical sites, and maintaining client relationships.  Ms. Calleton also worked at C-Level Connections in Austin, TX as a Relationship Manager, where her work included cold calling for clients, developing relationships with companies, and setting up meetings for clients.  After becoming the Team Lead, she was responsible for training new Relationship Managers, sales forecasting, and client relations.

Prior to her transition into the business world, Ms. Calleton taught elementary education for 15 years in Arkansas and Texas.
